How the ordering process works.

  • 1. Choose the meat pack you would like.

    Select a pack to suit your budget, family and freezer space.

  • 2. Use the form to place your order.

    Next send us an order using the form on the order now page.

  • 3. Choose your order location and pickup.

    Once the order is placed, we will contact you with a delivery date and payment details.

We offer a Side or 1/4 of beef (half a side).


  • Choose a Quarter or Side of Beef.

  • Next send us an order using the form below.

  • We butcher beef most Wednesdays and deliver locally Thursdays, freighted items are delivered Fridays.

  • Freight - MFG refrigerated transport deliver to your door Launceston and surrounds and most North East for $15 a box up to 20kg.

  • East of Pyengana to the coast we will deliver or arrange to meet you in St Helens.

  • Your meat will come packed in freezer bags, ready to place in your freezer.

  • Once we have received your order we will contact you with a delivery date and payment details.

Full Side of Beef

Cuts include: Eye Fillet, Scotch Fillet, T’bone, Porterhouse, Rump, Topside (roast and steaks), Skirt steak, Blade, Oyster blade, Round, Gravy Beef, Stewing Steak, Fresh silverside as roasts,(or can be minced) Osso, Mince, and GF Sausages

Brisket available as Brisket, Ribs or minced.

70-80kg of prime Pyengana beef @ $22/kg packed meat. (Bones not included)

Sides of beef - A deposit of $500 to be paid when your delivery date is advised. Once we have packed your order we will advise you of the balance to be paid before delivery the following day. Unless freighted will take an extra day.

SAUSAGES

Orders will contain two variety of sausages from the list below.

  • Cracked Pepper and Worcestershire

  • Seeded Mustard and Roasted Onion

  • Smokey Bacon and Maple

  • Bratwurst

Prime Lamb with minted sausages

Full Prime Lamb - N/A

Lambs are available full or by the side.  Dressed weight of lambs is 20-24kg.  Lambs come with back legs roasts, halved or full, shanks, and chops, chump, loin, forequarter, cutlets, and neck.  We then trim out the flaps and offcuts to make fresh lamb mince, or Lamb ribs are also a treat.

Approx product in box is 17-19kg. Lambs fry and /or kidneys included by request.

Full Lamb = $300 - contact me to be placed on list. We have limited supply and sell out quickly.

Side of Lamb - N/A


NOTE: Our sausages are Gluten Free

BEEF BONES - STOCK BONES - MARROW BONES OR MIXED BAGS - $4/kg

500g of Pure suet tallow.  Mild cooking fat. $15 a block

Not a fan of casserole cuts?

We can vary your pack to include more roasts, brisket, ribs, sausages or mince.

Just let us know your preference.

Every order will include beef suet tallow so you can cook your perfect steak.

  • A deposit of $400 to be paid when we advise your delivery date. Once we have packed your order we will notify you of the final weight and balance of payment. Delivery will be the following day. Unless freighted it will take an extra day.
